Q: Do I need to register to place an order?

A: No, you don’t have to, as you can complete your order as a guest. However, by creating an account on the Website all your details will be saved and will make your purchases easier and quicker. By using your login username and password, you don’t need to enter your address and other information every time you decide to purchase from us, which will save you plenty of time. Your wish list will also store all the items which were added to help you manage your shopping.

Q: What are the details required to place an order online?

A: To process your order, we will need the following information: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and credit/debit card billing address.

Q: Can I place an order by phone?

A: No, we do not take orders via phone.

Q: How can I use promo codes?

A: You can use promo code at the checkout page. Please make sure you enter a valid code, are eligible to use a code, or logged in.

Q: What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

A: We currently offering payment methods such as Debit/Credit Card – Visa/Mastercard and Paypal while other payment methods will be added soon.

Q: How secure are my credit card details?

A: We take the essential precautions to make our Website secure. All credit card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and reliable, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Q: Is COD option available?

A: Presently, COD option is unavailable.

Q: How safe are the shared card details?

A: Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order using our payment partner’s systems. Additionally, we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. We will ask for your telephone number. This number will be given to our courier for delivery services. These details will allow us to process your order and keep you informed about the status of your order. DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

Q: Do you provide free shipping?

A: Yes, we do provide free shipping to various countries for orders exceeding a certain amount which can be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: To track your placed order or returns, go to ‘Track your order’ and follow the steps.

Q: Are any documents required upon receiving the shipment?

A: The courier may request for signature upon the receipt of the shipment.

Q: What happens if there is a delay in the delivery?

A: Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sometimes delays can happen which are out of our control, for example courier delays, bank holidays, delays in custom clearance processes. We shall not be held responsible for any such delays.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If you wish to cancel your order, you will have a limited time to do so, so please reach to us as soon as possible via email. Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online payment and refunds will be made back to you accordingly. REFUND & RETURNS

Q: Can I get a refund on returns?

A: If you are not satisfied with the product purchase, if it’s damaged, defective, or tampered with, you may send an email to our Customer Care quoting your order number and detailing the concern. Just make sure to contact us within 2 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure the originality of the package. All refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Q: What are the returns exclusions?

A: For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned: wearable technology, sports bras, panties, socks, gloves, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Q: What is the time-frame for returning the orders?

Q: Can I return or replace items multiple times?

A: Return of items is only permissible once.

Q: How should the orders be returned?

A: All items must be returned in one package. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. You will not be allowed to choose the means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only. Q: Will my refund be declined in any circumstances?
