Refund and Returns Policy

Payment and Delivery Information

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. We then carry out our standard pre-authorization fraud and available funds checks to make sure we are happy to move ahead. We will only accept your order once payment has been approved and the account has been debited.

If you’ve ordered more than one product there’s a chance that your order will be sent from multiple warehouses. If this applies to your order, you’ll receive a notification in your dispatch confirmation email and your packages will arrive across a number of different shipments. We’ll send you updates on the delivery time of your order. Sometimes delays can happen which are out of our control, for example courier delays, bank holidays, delays in custom clearance processes, so please bear with us. We’ll try to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If you’re really concerned, please do reach out to our Customer Care and one of our team will do their best to track your package down for you. Alternatively, you may also submit your request via the ‘Track your order’ page.

Prices offered on the Website may subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

All orders are subject to availability. Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, discontinued or we believe there may be something wrong with your account. If you think we’ve made a mistake, please reach out to our Customer Care.

We reserve the right to suspend all future deliveries to a particular customer account or address in the event that any of these Terms and Conditions are breached.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you will have a limited time to do so, so please reach to our Customer Care as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online payment and refunds will be made back to you accordingly. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

If we have a problem with your order, we’ll get in contact through the details you’ve provided. In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to you.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product purchase, if it’s damaged, defective, or tampered with, you may send an email to our Customer Care quoting your order number and detailing the concern. Just make sure to contact us within 2 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure the originality of the package.

In case, the product you received is not what you bought, we will get back to you with the desired product and take back the wrong product but make sure to not use the product which you didn’t purchase and has been inadvertently delivered to you.

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, in original unsealed packaging and includes all tags (as applicable)
  • The return request is placed within 2 days from the day the order is delivered.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein above, please note presently, we do not have a return option for shipments to certain regions. However, if the customer wants to cancel an order before shipment, they may do so as per procedure stated above.

Refunds

If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the Website, your refund will be processed, provided the product is still in its original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we have received and inspected the return shipment, we will confirm via email what action we have taken. In the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, refund payment will be automatically processed within 7-14 business days.

Please note the following may affect the refund amount:

  • The delivery charge would only be refunded on cancelled orders.
  • Discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.
  • Refund fee will be applicable for all non-cash payments equivalent to deductions made by the payment gateway.

All refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please note the refund may take up to 8 business days to process and up to 45 days to reflect on your debit/credit card depending on the issuing bank of such debit/credit card. All refunds and returns shall be at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.

Exclusions

Please see below for list of items we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them; Any product which has been used;
  • Any unassembled products that have been assembled or installed with no defects or faults;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
  • Accessories, special-order or pre-ordered items;
  • Consumable items or parts such resistance bands, cables, chains, belts, upholstery, spring load adjustment pins, pulley wheels, pulley wheel bearings and all springs. All loose weights and fixed barbell, kettlebells and dumbbells are classed as consumable items;
  • For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned: wearable technology, sports bras, panties, socks, gloves, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Also, products that come in sealed packaging cannot be returned.

General

The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Return of items is only permissible once. All items must be returned in one package.

We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our Website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available.
